The Important Ones.....
Johannes Gutenberg, the
first European to use movable type printing in around 1439, was born in
Mainz around the start of the 15th century. His invention paved the way
for the learning of the masses through the Printing Revolution. Gutenberg
is accredited with mass producing one of the first printed
bibles.
